A private tennis court (refurbished in 2022) is at your disposal within the residence.

It is located on top of the indoor parking.

Golf

The magnificient golf 18 holes of Chamonix, par 72 of Robert Trent Jones Sr, is 10min away by car.
It is dominated by the Mont-Blanc massifs and at the foot of the Drus peaks.
It’s a mountain’s golf, but flat that leaves an unforgettable memory (even in case of a bad score)
Nearby are also the golf courses of Megève, Evian, as well as, Swiss (Crans sur Sierre) and Italian (Courmayeur) golf courses…

Acrobranche

The Accro’Park of the Gaillands is the biggest adventure park in Chamony’s valley. Located right next to Chamonix’s center, in the forest of the Gaillands, it is the ideal location to live outdoor adventures in family and between friends.

Rock climbing

The climbing site of Gaillands (within Chamonix outskirts) is here for all levels. From beginner to experiences climber.

Ski / Snowboard

Obviously, when you think about Chamonix in winter, you think about ski.
 
“Le Tour Charamillon”: family ski resort. Approx 30 km of easy and medium runs, at walking distance from the chalet, approx 500m. On the way back home, you ski to the door step.
 
“Les Grands-Montets”: Resort located at Argentière, approx 4 km from “le Tour”. Confirmed skiers will take a lot of pleasure in that legendary resort.
Magnificient landscape and steep runs have made the unequalled reputation of that domain. Bus shuttles link both resorts throughout the day.
 
“La Flégère” and “Le Brévent” : Both resorts develop their trails above Chamonix itself at approx 8 km from “le Tour”. They are available to all level skiers and offer blue, red and black runs. Bus shuttles link “le Tour” to both resorts throughout the day.
 
“La Vallée Blanche”: from Chamonix (1040m), two successive cable-cars will enable your seing the most fantastic panorama you can imagine, at 3800m altitude. You are then given to ski down the mythical 18 km high mountain trail down the “white valley”, advisedly accompagnied with a guide. This exceptional program is at only 15min from the chalet.

Le Tour

This ski resort is located right next to the chalet. It is the easiest to go to.

A domain of 120km for varied levels and difficulties.

It is event possible to go back to the chalet directly by skiing by going through “la Vormaine”. 

Les Grands-Montets

Situated between the altitudes of 1235 m. and 2800 m., the Grands Montets area enables you to ski the greatest height losses in the world in the heart of the mountains, close to a glacier.

Built in 1963, this cable car located in Argentière (1252 m) allows you to reach the 3275 m of Grands Montets, under the incredible Aiguille Verte. 

La Flégère / Le Brévent

A south-facing ski area for skiers of every level, with superb gullies, on the edge of a nature reserve.

An unrivalled panorama of the ‘roof’ of Europe and its surrounding summits. Access Brévent from the center of Chamonix or Flégère from Chamonix Les Praz (3km from Chamonix). At the bottom of the ski area there is a beginners area: the Savoy which can be accessed on foot from the resort center.

Brévent side : the Brévent freestyle area is equipped with 5 rails and is fully supervised by instructors from 1.00 p.m. The gauntlet has been thrown down – who will make the finest jump of the season. Thrill seekers meet at the bottom of the 2000 draglift!

Flégère side : New for this winter in the la Flégère area Explore your limits; shatter the speedometers on our speed piste 500m long with 150m of height loss. Free piste on the edge of the Chavanne.

Hikes

During the Winter :
  • The rackets are an excellent mean to enjoy the mountain in a calm and silent place. The routes are varied and with free access.
  • The valley is also the departure point of the prestigious « Chamonix Zermatt high route »
During the Summer :
  • The valley offers a vast number of hikes, more or less long, more or less difficult. Many refuges are accessible in a day.
  • The nature reserve of “Les Aiguilles Rouges” offers magnificient surroundings for one day walks.

The Nature reserve

Facing the Mont-Blanc range, Natural Reserve of Aiguilles Rouges is a nature jewel boasting one of the most beautiful landscape of the Alps.

The Nature Reserve of les Aiguilles Rouges shelters many wild animals typical of the Alps. In this montainous environnement made of mineral landscapes, grasslands, heathlands, wetlands, numerous alpine species can be found.
– Fauna: chamois, ibex, eagles, marmots, grouse, bearded eagles.
– Flora: 530 species have been identified including the St. Bruno lily, Martagon lily or Turk’s cap moss campion.
– Flies : hover flies, excellent indicators for scientists.
